Business Development Executive

No. of Position: 1
Designation: Business Development Executive
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience Required: Proven track record of at least 5 years in business development or sales, preferably in the Pharmaceutical and Consulting Industry.

Required Skill-set: 

  • Strong business development background and proven track record in the Pharmaceutical and .
  • Expertise in driving revenue growth and market penetration.
  • Understanding of GMP regulations and guidelines applicable to pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device industries. Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Effective sales and negotiation abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to tailor services to meet client needs.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Results-oriented and driven to exceed sales targets.
  • A self-motivated and proactive approach to achieving goals.
  • Business acumen with a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
  • Preferred qualifications include an MBA, experience with enterprise-level clients, knowledge of emerging technologies, familiarity with Agile methodologies, and proficiency in CRM and sales pipeline management tools.

Important: Strong, concise documentation and communication skills, cost estimation, risk mitigation. Playing a leading role in planning, monitoring and delivering projects. The ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis.
